Meet the Team

Erica and Steve were outstanding throughout the process. They handled all situations professionally. We recommend them for your real estate needs.

Erica and Steve are absolutely exceptional. We just closed on our second home with them, and once again they exceeded every expectation. They are knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and truly care about their clients. They make the entire process seamless and stress-free, always going above and beyond to advocate for you and keep everything on track. We couldn’t imagine working with anyone else and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone buying or selling a home. Hands down the best realtors out there!

I have worked with Erica and Steve twice now. Both times, the same results. Incredible customer service; they kept us updated on every aspect. The paperwork and negotiations on both properties were not straightforward. However, Erica and Steve handled everything! I think anyone can show a house and even sell it. For my wife and me, that’s table stakes. Handling the details and surprises is what matters most in an agent. You’re paying for it, so why not use someone who has a track record of delivering on it! If you don’t want to deal with it, just call Erica and Steve.

Erica and Steve have negotiated the Sale of 3 houses for us. They have worked above and beyond for us, and most of all, their communication has been exemplary. The support from their office and their thorough understanding of Real Estate requirements have enabled us to have total confidence in working with them. True Professionals.

Don’t usually give Google reviews, but Steve and Erica are absolutely amazing. I honestly didn’t know what we signed up for and truly thought they were just your average realtors, but the moment we signed on the dotted line and hired them, they rolled out the red carpet. From pictures to videos to staging. I can’t sing their praise enough. I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a realtor. They will go the extra mile for you. From the first meeting to the last, I can honestly say they were nothing but professional and respectful. They will honor your wishes and make extra efforts to help in any way possible. I just want to say thank you to the...

Steve and Erica are the best. Since 2015, they have helped us with 5 separate transactions. They have helped us buy and sell homes. They also continue to help our friends and family purchase new properties. I would highly recommend them. They have all the bells and whistles when it comes to selling your home and always go the extra mile. When purchasing a home, they are extremely patient, taking you from listing to listing, and they always make sure that the home will be suitable for your family, pets, and loved ones.

I had the best experience with Erica and Steve on all aspects when it came to selling my house being sold. Within one day of the listing, we had my home sold! Erica and Steve were phenomenal, and it was a smooth process from start to finish. Thank you again, Erica and Steve.

My husband and I recently bought a place in Florida. Given that we live the majority of the time in Michigan, we weren’t sure how to find the perfect place. Thankfully, our realtor friend in Michigan recommended Erica and Steve, and we are now proud owners of a beautiful condo in WPB. Erica and Steve definitely went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place that fit everything we were looking for. Truly the best of the best! Thank you both so much for your hard work, professionalism, attention, and for making the whole experience less stressful. I would highly recommend them both, hands down.

Erica did a fantastic job in helping us buy a condo in WPB!

Erica is the quintessential neighborhood realtor who looks out and excels at closing real estate deals for her clients. We had a great experience with her helping us buy a home in Wellington. She was always responsive to our queries and followed through on the checklist items during closing.
